作者简介:

区健昌(1935—),通信作者,男,广东佛山人,教授,1958年毕业于北京理工大学电子工程系。早期从事电磁兼容研究,重点为EMI滤波器领域的研究工作。2002年主编《电子设备的电磁兼容性设计》,2010年主编《电子设备的电磁兼容性设计理论与实践》。在国内外刊物上发表过论文100余篇。曾获《高性能小型电源滤波器》等13项专利和多项北京市科技进步奖,其中《高性能小型电源滤波器》1991年被国家专利局(现国家知识产权局)评定为国家专利。1997年载入英国剑桥国际传记中心的《国际名人辞典》(二十五版)、1998年载入国家人事部(现中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部)《中国专家人名辞典》(第八卷)。1996年3月退休。曾任北京理工大学产业总公司总工、北京理工高科技孵化器副主任等。中国电子学会高级会员。现任北京电子电器协会电磁兼容分会名誉会长、北京嵌入式系统技术行业协会常务理事和北京嵌入式系统技术行业协会电磁兼容与认证分会名誉会长。

Abstract: The specification CISPR16-1-2(GB/T 6113.102) has been published in several versions. The tolerance range of phase detection is proposed for line impedance stabilization network (LISN), but no specific phase testing method has been given. Based on the definition of the tolerance of impedance and phase angle, an opinion is put forward: the relationship between the impedance and the phase in the specification is essentially the phase delay of LISN to the input signal of EUT, which is expressed as the relationship between the delay angle of the input signal and the output signal of LISN. According to the equivalent circuit of a typical V network of 50 ?/50 μH+5 Ω, the theoretical calculation formula of the phase is obtained, and then a simple and feasible phase testing method is proposed. For 5 types of LISN products, phase detection is carried out according to 35 frequency points in the specification using a function signal generator with adjustable phase. Moreover, auxiliary circuits such as 250 μH filter circuit and EMI filter circuit are added to the power supply terminal, and the influences on the tolerance of phase at low frequency points and high frequency points are discussed.
